Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern use of The Portal Platform, including this website, owner accounts, and tenant portals. The Service is developed and provided by Cross Platform Consulting LLC, a company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. By requesting access, signing in, or using a portal, you agree to these terms.

2. Invitation and accounts

Portals are provisioned by us. There is no public self-serve signup. Requesting access does not create a right to a portal. We may accept or decline a request.

Owner accounts live on the central site. Members belong to a single portal and do not share one login across operators. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe and for activity under your account.

3. Portals and content

Each portal is an isolated workspace. You are responsible for your programs, videos, community posts, member relationships, and any claims you make to buyers.

You must not use the Service to infringe the rights of others, abuse members, or break the law. We may suspend a portal or account where we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users.

4. Fees and payments

Checkout, when enabled, runs on your Stripe account. Buyers pay that account. We take a configured application fee from each checkout, typically a percentage and sometimes a fixed amount, agreed when the portal is created. Stripe processing fees still apply.

We do not publish a public price list. Commercial terms are set per portal. Refunds and tax handling for a sale are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and will maintain it while we continue to build. Features may change. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cross Platform Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content and transactions between you and your members. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the application fees we actually received from the relevant portal in the three months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
